Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif made a grand entry at the mega song launch of their upcoming film ‘Bharat’s’ new song ‘Zinda’ today. They were joined by director Ali Abbas Zafar and producers Atul Agnihotri and Bhushan Kumar.

The two opened up about the film and how difficult it was for them to shoot for the film which spans over different era’s. But what grabbed everyone’s attention was Katrina and Salman opening up about Priyanka Chopra‘s exit from the film.

Katrina talked about Priyanka Chopra’s exit from the film and said that she had thought that the film is already underway but one day director Ali called up and told her that PeeCee couldn’t do the film due to some reason and that’s how the script came to her. And when she read the script and it was the best script that she had come across as her role as a female lead was the best she was going to do. As soon as Kat was done talking about it, Salman once again jokingly thanked Priyanka at the song launch.

Helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, ‘Bharat’ will showcase Salman in five different avatars. The movie which is slated to hit the silver screen on Eid this year also stars Disha Patani, Tabu, Jackie Shroff and Sunil Grover.
